Course Overview

In this biology lesson, we cover living things, cells, plants, ecology and microbiology. First, we will discuss the different types of living things and how animals and plants are made from different types of cells. Next, we will describe how organisms within an environment interact with each other (ecology). Then we will look at the structure, transport, photosynthesis, growth and reproduction of plants. Finally, we will discuss the microorganisms – bacteria, fungi and viruses – which we cannot see without a microscope. The lesson also covers the mandatory experiments associated with these topics.
